One or two Londoners are enraged that hateful, Right-Wing extremists have dared to fly a balloon over the city depicting Labour front-bencher and former cat-food model Emily Thornberry as a FAT BABY.
One of them was apoplectic. ‘How can this be possible, she whined. I thought freedom of expression for Conservatives had been banned in London when Lord Khan took over. He promised it would be.’
Another complained that it is ‘typical of Conservatives, they want to lock all our children in cages and feed them cat food.’
One man said, ‘Can you believe this. Just imagine if we Liberals had flown a balloon across London of our dear President Obama in a baby costume, or worse – a monkey suit. There would have been a civil war. I don’t see why anybody should be picking on Emily, she is the darling of the Left, we love her.’
A Liberal member of the House of Lords is quoted as saying, ‘It really doesn’t matter that Emily is so stupid and has no grasp at all of either domestic or international politics. None of us have. So why single out her for this hateful abuse.’
The chair of the Equalities Union asked, ‘Why are you fat shaming Emily. And you are obviously wrong anyway as everybody knows she is a grown woman who doesn’t wear a nappy, so nah nah na nah nah to you….’
Thornbird, who claims to be please-vote-for-me progressive and inclusive once told the BBC question time audience that ‘I wouldn’t want my four year old looked after by somebody wearing a burka – I wouldn’t want my elderly mum looked after by somebody wearing a burka.’
One protester said that it is a ‘sad, sad day that somebody would stoop so low as to fly a balloon in Emily’s image characterising her as a fat, yellow baby. But at least, from up there, she will still be able to look down upon her intellectual inferiors, which is all of us. She is more cleverer than us’
The row will rumble on for 20 minutes or so until Liberals are distracted by something else to complain about and forget all about whatshername…
